1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The hair straightener must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition (including all accessories). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.

Most models feature Ceramic, Tourmaline, and Ionic Technology to reduce frizz, add shine, and protect hair from heat damage while delivering smooth results.
6. Are they suitable for all hair types?
Yes. Our straighteners have adjustable temperature settings (250°F – 450°F), making them safe and effective for fine, medium, thick, curly, and color-treated hair.
7. How quickly do they heat up?
Most Sleeklisse straighteners reach the desired temperature in 15–30 seconds for fast styling.
8. Do they have auto shut-off?
Yes. All models include an automatic shut-off feature (usually after 30–60 minutes) for added safety.
9. Are they suitable for travel?
Yes. We offer compact, dual-voltage (100-240V) travel straighteners that are lightweight and perfect for vacations.
10. How do I clean the plates?
Wipe the plates gently with a soft, damp cloth when cool. For stubborn residue, use a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
11. Do the straighteners come with a warranty?
Yes. All Sleeklisse hair straighteners come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty. Warranty details are listed on each product page.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my straightener arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
